1. Agreement
By using HeightBattle.com ("HeightBattle", "we", "us") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Using the tool
HeightBattle is free for personal use. You may create comparisons, export images and share them, including on social media and in videos, as long as you follow these Terms. Please don't try to break, overload, scrape or misuse the site or its servers.
3. Heights are for fun and reference
Heights of people, celebrities, animals, buildings and objects are approximate and taken from publicly available sources. They may be wrong or out of date. Don't rely on HeightBattle for medical, legal, construction or any other decisions where accuracy matters.
4. Photos and content you upload
- You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them, and you must have the permission of every person shown before you share an image publicly.
- Copies of uploaded and exported images are sent to our server as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You keep ownership of your content. By uploading it or sharing it to the gallery, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, display, reproduce and distribute it on HeightBattle.com and its gallery for as long as it is on the site.
5. The public gallery
Comparisons you share to the gallery are public. Don't share anything that:
- shows someone without their permission, or shows a child without a parent's permission;
- is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, bullying or mocks someone's body;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
- is spam, advertising or illegal.
We may remove any gallery item at any time, for any reason, without notice. Anyone can report an image using the Report link. To request removal of your own image, use our contact page.
6. Celebrities, brands and landmarks
Names and images of celebrities, landmarks and objects are used for identification and comparison only. HeightBattle is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any person, company or organisation shown. If you are a rights holder and want something changed or removed, please contact us.
7. Our content
The HeightBattle name, logo, design and code belong to us. You may not copy the site or present it as your own.
8. No warranty
HeightBattle is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of data, arising from your use of HeightBattle, or for how other people use images you share.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
