Is there a maximum height I can enter?
No. HeightBattle accepts any positive value. The y-axis automatically extends
to fit the tallest person, adapting its scale (10 cm, 20 cm, 50 cm, 100 cm, or 200 cm steps)
so the chart stays readable whether your tallest entry is 180 cm or 5 000 cm.
Can I upload my own photos?
Yes. Every person has an Upload button, and the gallery also includes
an "Upload your own" tile. Photos are scaled to the height you enter — a full-body
photo with a clean background works best.
Are my uploaded photos sent to a server?
No. All processing happens entirely in your browser. Your photos never leave your device —
they're loaded from a local file into the page and rendered on a canvas locally.
What units can I use?
Centimetres (cm) and feet / inches (ft / in). Switch between them at any time with the
unit toggle in the toolbar — all figures, inputs, and stats update instantly.
How do I layer figures so one is behind another?
Each person has ▲ Front and ▼ Back buttons in the control panel.
Front pushes a person to the very top of the stack; Back pushes them behind everyone else.
You can also drag figures left or right to reposition them along the ground line.
Can I export the chart as an image?
Yes — click Export PNG and choose either
"With background" (the full blue chart) or "Transparent PNG"
(just the figures, names, and height badges on a transparent canvas).
How many people can I compare at once?
Up to 8 people. This keeps the chart readable and each figure gets enough horizontal space.
