Is there a maximum height I can enter?
No. HeightBattle accepts any positive value — from a 40 cm figurine to a 100,000 cm skyscraper.
The y-axis automatically picks a tick size (every 10, 100, 1,000, or 10,000 units) so labels stay
readable no matter how large the tallest item is.
Can I compare objects like buildings and statues?
Yes. The gallery includes real-world objects — the Burj Khalifa (82,800 cm), the Statue of Liberty
(4,605 cm), a polar bear (300 cm), and standard doors (203.2 cm). Selecting one auto-fills its height.
You can also upload your own object photos.
Can I upload my own photos?
Yes. Every item has an Upload button, and the gallery includes an "Upload your own"
tile. Photos are scaled to the height you enter — a full-body photo with a clean background works best.
Are my uploaded photos sent to a server?
Anonymous copies of uploaded and exported images may be stored to help us understand how people use
HeightBattle and improve the tool. No account is created and images are stored under a random filename
that isn't linked to your identity. See our
Privacy Policy for details.
What units can I use?
Centimetres (cm) and feet / inches (ft / in). Switch at any time — everything updates instantly.
How do I layer figures so one is behind another?
Each item has ▲ Front and ▼ Back buttons. Front pushes to the
very top of the stack; Back pushes behind everyone. You can also drag left / right.
Can I export the chart as an image?
Yes — click Export PNG and choose "With background" or "Transparent PNG".
How many items can I compare at once?
Up to 8. This keeps each figure readable with enough horizontal space.
